Chapter: Training the mylab NIR-Analyzer for the Analysis of Diaries
The mylab NIR-Analyzer was trained using 120 cheese samples, 140 butter samples, and 50 mozzarella samples to determine the following mozzarella samples to determine the following parameters: fat, protein, dry matter, and salt.
