Pre-calibrated parameters for flour and grain

The following parameters for NIR spectroscopy are pre-calibrated on the system for the product groups rye flour, wheat flour, spelt flour, soy flour, rice flour, oat flour, lentil flour and others:

  • Total protein
  • Humidity
  • Ash content
  • Moist adhesive
  • Sedimentation value

Our team of experts will carry out calibrations and adjustments for the measurement of other products for you at low cost.

If laboratory analyses are required, these can be carried out in our accredited food testing laboratory.
