We have been an independent laboratory service provider for food safety and consumer protection since 1994. Our food testing department is part of the Research Center for Medical Technology and Biotechnology (fzmb GmbH) based in Bad Langensalza, approx. 25 km west of the Thuringian capital Erfurt.
Under the leadership of state-certified food chemists, we form an efficient team of 15 employees.
In addition to our activities as an accredited testing laboratory, we carry out extensive research and development projects to establish new procedures. For example, shortening analysis times or improving detection sensitivity play a major role here. Not only large and medium-sized companies benefit from these results, but also the numerous craft businesses in the region.
